Daily Morning Chai TeaFeb 27, 2022
Chai tea is something I love to drink every morning! I have made a variety of recipes but my go to morning drink usually includes Blue Lotus powdered chai, ashwaghanda or functional mushrooms (like Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Lion's Mane), powdered collagen, raw local honey, and raw milk.
This is how I make my daily Chai :)
1/2 teaspoon or more Blue Lotus Chai powder (I have all the flavors, but usually use the Golden Masala Chai w/ turmeric and maca in the morning)
1 tablespoon collagen powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Ashwaghanda or powdered mushrooms
2 teaspoons raw local honey
8 ounces hot water
2 ounces raw milk
I put all the powders in a cup, add a spoon with honey then the hot water, stir until the honey is dissolved, then I add the raw milk and stir.
I prefer leaving the spoon in my cup so I can keep the powder mixed in so it doesn't settle at the bottom of the cup.
