Many times the things that are most dangerous to our health go unseen. In our health conscious world you might have missed a toxin found in your homes (it's not traditional pollution, perfumes, or household chemicals).
This toxin is from our devices...Electromagnetic Frequencies or EMF's. The harms of EMF's are confirmed by scientists and major health organizations. Wireless devices: our smartphones, laptops, tablets, Bluetooth devices, wireless routers, and more could be causing or contributing to cognitive issues, male fertility issues, heart issues, blood pressure issues, sleep disturbances and more.
These devices can be harmful in other ways, such as blue light effects or our mental health with social media.
What can you do about it?
- If you are spending a lot of time on or near your wireless devices, make sure to take breaks and distance yourself. Keep your phone in airplane mode when possible.
- Shut off your device at night, keep it in airplane mode, or put it in another room while you sleep (at least across the room from your bed).
- Personally I deleted my social media accounts because I didn't want to support a corrupt system.
- Walk in nature daily (preferable barefoot) without your phone. Leave it in the car and let your mind wander as you walk, or become present in the moment. It is a great time to practice mindfulness.
Even the World Health Organization (WHO) says that long-term and close exposure to our wireless devices, most notably our smart phones, it literally carcinogenic (especially in close proximity). Maybe don't put your phone in your bra or pocket.
You have the power to change your world and prevent disease. Knowing what harmful toxins might be hiding and then making a few simple changes and positively impact your health.
