Twenty-five years ago she turned her back on the pharmaceutical model of healthcare by making whole food her pharmacy and her natural lifestyle her insurance plan. She raised her last four kids without well-child doctor visits, inoculations, or antibiotics. Instead she created a natural lifestyle based on whole food, herbs and home remedies.ย
After creating a healthy body she was still suffering with low self-worth, fear, and feeling stuck because of her past. Luckily she discovered Energy Work and trained in almost 20 modalities.
